Mark Mobley, P.E. - Principal Engineer
Mark has over 30 years of experience designing, installing and testing various aeration systems for TVA and other utilities.  Mark founded Mobley Engineering, Inc. in 1999, and has overall technical resposibility for the company.
 
Susan Mobley - President, Engineer
Susan is responsible for the business administrative duties of Mobley Engineering, including contracts, insurance, employee relations, and accounting.
 
Jeff Hale - Site Supervisor
With an engineering background and over 19 years of experience at Mobley Engineering, Jeff is responsible for on-site logistics and customer relations.  Jeff also oversees the safety of line diffuser builds and the installation of MEI systems.
 
Ken Kolesar - Mechanical Drawing
Ken works with engineers on manifold and component designs, and also with stainless steel fabricators, while producing all of the Mobley Engineering Auto Cad drawings.  Ken is also responsible for much of the purchasing, in addition to custom tool design.

Lisa Bernard - Web Master, Lead Welder
In addition to maintaining the MEI website and managing the on-site paperwork, Lisa oversees all of the welding while providing quality control.

also works as part of a team of experts that can provide site-specific evaluation of water quality enhancement techniques including: water quality assessments, reservoir diffuser systems, surface water pumps, bubble plume upwelling, hydro turbine aeration, side stream super-saturation, special operations, cone valves, and aerating weirs.
