Boyettee Reservoir

  • Boyette Reservoir is a reclaimed water reservoir, located in Wesley Chapel, Florida, which is situated in Pasco County, and is operated by the Pasco County Master Reuse System (PCMRS)
  • The Boyette Reservoir is the largest reclaimed water reservoir in the country (to date), containing 500 million gallons of water, and emcompassing 80 acres with an approximate depth of 28 feet
  • Reclaimed water is water that is used more than one time before it passes back into the natural water cycle
  • A heavy-duty geomembrane and liner system were installed to protect the berms and prevent reclaimed water from migrating offsite underground
